• Sourcing Deposit & Commitment: Following the consultation, should you wish to proceed, we require a 25% sourcing deposit to formally engage our services and begin the active search. This deposit represents your firm commitment to the acquisition and is non-refundable, as it allows us to dedicate our resources and secure priority access within our network on your behalf.
• The Search & Our Guarantee: We then leverage our trusted global network to locate your item. Our guarantee to you is that if, in the rare event we cannot locate the item to your specifications within the 10-business-day sourcing period, your deposit will be fully and promptly refunded.
• Acquisition & Delivery: Once located, we present you with meticulous details and photographs for your final approval. Upon your confirmation, the 25% deposit is applied to the final purchase price. We then handle the secure transaction and arrange for a fully insured, discreet delivery to your door.

Fees, Payment & Shipping

Our fee is incorporated into the final price we present to you. We are committed to transparent pricing, which will be fully outlined for your approval before any transaction proceeds.
Due to the nature of sourcing unique, one-of-a-kind items specifically for each client, all sales are final. We are committed to ensuring you are completely confident before purchase. We provide extensive details, high-resolution photographs, and answer any and all questions to ensure the piece you approve is the exact piece you expect.
Yes. A $100 fee is required to reserve your dedicated consultation time with our sourcing experts. As a commitment to our partnership, this fee is fully credited toward the final purchase price of any piece you acquire through our service.
For the security of high-value transactions, we typically accept payment via Bank Wire Transfer and Zelle. We will provide detailed instructions during the payment stage of the process.
Yes, we are pleased to offer shipping to our clients across the globe.
For all international orders, the client is responsible for the full cost of shipping, as well as any and all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These government-mandated fees vary by country and cannot be included in our proposal.
All international shipments are sent via a premium, trusted carrier. For the complete protection of your valuable acquisition, we strongly recommend and can arrange for full insurance on your shipment. This service is available upon request, and the full cost of the insurance premium is the responsibility of the client. We will provide a clear quote for this in your final proposal.
For our domestic clients, we are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured premium shipping.
The cost of secure, discreet, and fully insured delivery to your door is included in the final acquisition price presented in your proposal. For your security, all domestic shipments will require a direct signature upon delivery.
