Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the concierge services provided by Caviar & Chèvre ("we," "us," or "our") or accessing our website, caviarandchevre.com (the "Site").

By engaging our services or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

1. Description of Service

Caviar & Chèvre provides a personal luxury sourcing concierge service. Our primary service is to locate and facilitate the acquisition of authentic, high-end luxury goods, including but not limited to handbags, accessories, and jewelry from brands such as Hermès, Chanel, and Dior, on behalf of our clients ("Client" or "you").

2. Consultation Policy

All sourcing services begin with a mandatory private consultation.

  • • Consultation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $100 USD is required to schedule a 15-minute consultation.
  • • Credit: This fee will be fully credited toward the final purchase price of any item you acquire through our service within ninety (90) days of the consultation date.
  • • Purpose: The consultation is for the purpose of understanding your specific needs, providing expert guidance, and defining the scope of the sourcing search.

3. Sourcing, Acquisition, and Authenticity

  • • Sourcing: Upon completion of the consultation, we will use our network to locate the item(s) that meet your specified criteria.
  • • Proposal: We will present you with a detailed proposal for any located item, including high-resolution photographs, a description of the item's condition, provenance (if available), and the final acquisition price.
  • • Authenticity Guarantee: We take authenticity with the utmost seriousness. Every item we source undergoes a rigorous inspection by our in-house experts. We unequivocally guarantee that every item we deliver is authentic.

4. Payment and Fees

The final acquisition price, including our service fee, will be clearly stated in the proposal. Payment must be made in full via the methods specified (typically Bank Wire Transfer or Zelle) before we will finalize the acquisition and arrange for shipment. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

For shipments to a valid address within the United States, the cost of premium, tracked shipping and full insurance coverage is included in the final acquisition price as stated in your proposal. For security purposes, all domestic shipments will require a direct signature upon delivery.

5.2 International Shipping

For all shipments to destinations outside of the United States, the Client is fully responsible for all shipping costs. Furthermore, the Client is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges levied by the destination country. Caviar & Chèvre is not responsible for, and will not reimburse, these fees.

Standard international shipping does not automatically include insurance. We strongly recommend the purchase of full insurance coverage for all international shipments to protect against loss or damage during transit. We can arrange for this coverage upon the Client's request, and the full cost of the insurance premium will be borne by the Client. Caviar & Chèvre is not liable for any loss or damage during transit for shipments that the Client has chosen not to insure.

6. Returns and Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of sourcing unique, one-of-a-kind items specifically for each client, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns, offer refunds, or facilitate exchanges for any reason. We are committed to ensuring you are completely confident before purchase and will provide extensive details and photographs for your review and approval prior to the transaction. Your final payment constitutes your approval of the item and your agreement to this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and brand names, is the property of Caviar & Chèvre and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Caviar & Chèvre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services is limited to the amount of the service fee paid by you to us for the service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
